Terms of Service

ViralFlow AI provides software for content opportunity discovery, planning, AI-assisted creation, media production, scheduling, publishing, analytics, automation, and related content operations. Features may vary by plan, workspace, connected platform, geography, or release stage.

• You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspaces, including actions performed by users you authorize.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or a connected-platform credential has been compromised.
• You may not share access in a manner designed to bypass plan, seat, workspace, or usage limits.

When you connect Google, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, or another third-party service, you authorize ViralFlow AI to use the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the selected integration.

Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, developer policies, content rules, and API restrictions. ViralFlow AI does not control third-party platform availability, review decisions, quota limits, moderation, account actions, or API changes.

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication and for determining whether automated actions are appropriate for your use case.

ViralFlow AI may provide autonomous or scheduled workflows. You remain responsible for configuring those workflows, supervising their operation, and complying with applicable laws and platform requirements.

You retain your rights in content you submit to ViralFlow AI. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate and improve the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for content, media, data, trademarks, likenesses, and other materials you upload, generate, or publish through the service.

You may not use ViralFlow AI to:

• violate applicable law, court orders, or third-party platform rules;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• distribute malware, phishing material, fraudulent content, or deceptive credential-collection experiences;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure;
• circumvent technical safeguards, quotas, usage limits, moderation controls, or access restrictions;
• interfere with the service or use automated methods that create unreasonable load beyond supported product functionality.

Paid features may be offered through recurring subscription plans. Prices, included usage, and plan limits are presented at purchase and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice where required.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal; cancellation does not generally retroactively refund the current billing period.

ViralFlow AI, including its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by ViralFlow AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, product, or third-party-platform reasons. Beta, preview, experimental, or AI-powered features may change materially.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, connected platforms, or third parties; to address nonpayment; or to respond to material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralFlow AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, that content will achieve a particular performance result, or that third-party platforms will accept, distribute, monetize, or maintain content or accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralFlow AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the service and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements evolve. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
